Maintenance of the electrical part of the vertical form fill seal packaging machine:
1. Before starting the vertical packaging machine, the operator should regularly check whether the wire ends at each joint are loose;
2. Small particles such as dust may also affect some functions of the packaging machine. When dust falls on the probes of photoelectric switches and proximity switches, it is easy to cause them to malfunction, so regular inspection and cleaning should be carried out;
3. The details of the parts are also the focus of mechanical cleaning, such as regularly cleaning the surface of the transverse sealing electric slip ring with soft gauze dipped in alcohol to remove carbon powder from its surface,
4. Some parts of the vertical packaging machine cannot be changed at will. Non professional personnel are not allowed to open the electrical parts. The parameters or programs of the frequency converter, microcomputer, and other control components have been set, and random changes can cause system disorder and mechanical failure to work properly.
Lubrication of vertical packaging machines:
1. Rolling bearings are the parts with severe wear in machinery, so each rolling bearing should be filled with grease with a Grease gun once every two months or so;
2. Different parts have different types of lubricating oil, such as the shaft sleeve on the packaging film carrier roller and the shaft sleeve at the front sprocket of the feeding conveyor, which should be filled with 40 # mechanical oil in a timely manner;
3. Chain lubrication is the most common, relatively simple. Each sprocket chain should be timely injected with mechanical oil with a kinematic viscosity greater than 40 #;
4. The clutch is the key to starting the packaging machine, and the clutch part should be lubricated in a timely manner.
