Do you know the common troubleshooting methods for case packing machine faults?

We all know that carton case packing machines are highly automated devices that are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and home chemicals. They can greatly reduce the material and labor costs also have important economic significance. Therefore, fault diagnosis of case packer is also very important. Today, we chantecpack will introduce some common faults and troubleshooting methods of case packing line

1)  The cardboard box is not tightly sealed 

This fault is often caused by uneven inner layers of the cardboard box, uneven sealing pressure, low sealing temperature, etc;

Remove unqualified cardboard materials;

Adjust the sealing pressure;

Increase the heat sealing temperature.   

2) Improper sealing of the box 

This fault is often caused by the wrong position of the Hot-melt adhesive machine;

Readjust the position of the Hot-melt adhesive machine;

The incorrect position of the photoelectric switch caused by incorrect deviation from the middle of the color code, etc;

Readjust the position of the photoelectric switch (electric eye).   

3) Color code positioning and photocurrent runaway 

This fault is often caused by seams in the cardboard box, debris in the burr forming machine, poor paper feeding, poor sensitivity of the photoelectric switch, and incorrect use of light and dark movements;

Remove unqualified cardboard boxes;

Clean the forming machine to ensure smooth paper feeding;

Insert the cardboard box into the cardboard guide;

Adjust the left and right positions of the guide board so that the light spot is in the middle of the color code;

Replace the photoelectric switch and correctly select the light dark switch.   

4)  The paper feeding motor does not rotate or does not stop rotating 

This fault is often caused by the paper supply control rod getting stuck, the paper supply proximity switch being damaged, the starting capacitor being damaged, the fuse being broken, etc;

Resolve the cause of jamming;

Replace the paper supply proximity switch;

Replace the starting capacitor;

Replace the safety tube.   

5) Do not pull cardboard 

This fault is often caused by a circuit malfunction, damage to the proximity switch of the cardboard pulling machine, and a malfunction of the automatic packing machine controller;

Check the circuit and eliminate faults;

Replace the bag pulling proximity switch;

Replace the controller of the case packer machine.
